Introduction

Enovira AB (org.nr 559566 4029, "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data. We value your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish law. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Website (enovira.com)

When you visit our website, we collect minimal information:

• Analytics. We use Umami Analytics via analytics.enovira.com for anonymised statistics such as page views, referral sources and device types.
• Contact form. When you submit a message through our contact form, we process your name, email address, subject, and message. We use Resend as our email service to deliver the message. The data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Cookies. Umami's tracking code does not use cookies.

Misoki (iOS app)

Misoki is a listening app in development. The following describes audio handling in the current app.

• Microphone audio is processed on your device. Raw microphone audio is not uploaded.
• Sound detection takes place on the device.
• Technical diagnostics without audio may be sent to Sentry to investigate crashes and performance.
• Privacy information is also provided in the app and at launch.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access. You have the right to request information about what personal data we process about you.
• Right to rectification. You can request that incorrect data be corrected.
• Right to erasure. You can request that your data be deleted.
• Right to data portability. You have the right to receive your data in a structured, machine readable format.

Third party services

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing. The services we use:

• Umami Analytics. Website analytics via analytics.enovira.com to understand how the website is used. The tracking code does not use cookies.
• Resend. Email service for delivering messages from the contact form. Processes the sender's email address and name.

Children

Zapp includes features for families. Information about consent and parental control is provided in Zapp’s privacy information.

Changes

We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated via our website.
