Introduction
Enovira AB (org.nr 559566-4029, "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data. We value your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish law. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you visit our website, we collect minimal information:
- Analytics — We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or track individual visitors. No personally identifiable information is stored.
- Contact form — When you submit a message through our contact form, we process your name, email address, subject, and message. We use Resend as our email service to deliver the message. The data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Cookies — Our website does not use tracking cookies. Plausible does not set any cookies.
Misoki (iOS app)
Misoki is designed with privacy first as a core principle:
- Audio processing — All AI-powered sound filtering and ML inference (CoreML) happens locally on your device. No audio recordings are uploaded to our servers or third parties.
- App data — Your diary entries, CBT thought records, exposure training history, and A-MISO-S assessments are stored locally on your device.
- Health data — If you choose to integrate with Apple Health, that data is handled by Apple's framework and never leaves your device via Misoki.
- Apple Music — Integration with Apple Music is handled by Apple's APIs. We have no access to your music data.
Other products
AuraTwin, Orqent, Enovila, and Forge have separate privacy policies described within each service. All products comply with GDPR and store data within the EU.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — You have the right to request information about what personal data we process about you.
- Right to rectification — You can request that incorrect data be corrected.
- Right to erasure — You can request that your data be deleted.
- Right to data portability — You have the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — You can object to certain processing of your data.
- Right to complain — You have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Data storage
All data processed by our services is stored within the EU. We do not use any servers outside the EU/EEA for processing personal data.
Third-party services
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing. The services we use:
- Plausible Analytics — Privacy-friendly web analytics, hosted within the EU. No cookies, no personal tracking.
- Resend — Email service for delivering messages from the contact form. Processes the sender's email address and name.
Children
Enovila is designed for students in grades F–9. We do not process personally identifiable information from children without parental consent. Enovila is built with children's safety and privacy as the highest priority.
Changes
We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated via our website.
