Terms of Service — iOS apps

Last updated: May 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of our iOS apps Reefkeeper, Beekeeper, HomeKeep, and Spår (the "apps") provided by Enovira AB (org.nr 559566-4029, "we", "us"). By downloading or using the apps you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

By installing or using any of the apps you accept these terms together with Apple's standard end-user terms (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions). If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or distribute the apps.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create in the apps (logs, photos, notes, receipts, maintenance plans, and so on). The content is stored locally on your device and synced through your own iCloud account. We do not access your content and operate no backend that receives your data.

Purchases and subscriptions

Pro subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple via StoreKit. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple's policy.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the apps and for the content you record. You may not use the apps in violation of law, circumvent technical limitations, or use them in ways that could harm others or disrupt the service.

Third-party services

The apps use Apple services (iCloud, StoreKit, Foundation Models, Speech Recognition, EventKit, Reminders, HealthKit, and local notifications) governed by Apple's own terms. HomeKeep queries EU Safety Gate (European Commission) for product recalls — only brand and model number are sent; no information about you is sent. Spår uses OpenAI for transcript summarisation (a shared OpenAI key by default; you can supply your own API key) and offers an optional Google Gmail integration (read-only via OAuth) to ingest emails into your personal vault. Spår's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy

OpenAI key and Google OAuth (Spår)

Spår uses a shared OpenAI key by default. You can choose to supply your own OpenAI API key in app settings; in that case OpenAI usage is billed to your own account. The Google Gmail integration is opt-in via OAuth — you can revoke access at any time in your Google account. Any key you supply and your OAuth tokens are stored locally on your device; we have no access to them.

Disclaimer

The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps are error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Information in the apps (e.g. maintenance plans, varroa thresholds, recall lists) is for guidance only and does not replace professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits your protection as a consumer under mandatory Swedish law.

Termination

You can stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if we discontinue the service. Active subscriptions are managed through Apple.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the general courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms when needed. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continued use of the apps after an update means you accept the updated terms.
